These terms govern the public Club Control website and, where contractually applicable, the platform.

A signed quote, data processing agreement or specific platform agreement prevails where it differs from these general terms.
The website may be used for information. Platform use requires an authorised account and must remain lawful, careful and within the agreed club environment.
Users may not bypass security, share accounts beyond authorised roles, introduce harmful code or use the service for unlawful profiling.
Software, brand, design, documentation and original content remain the property of Galactic Automation BV or its licensors. Customers retain rights to their club data and supplied materials.
Only a limited, non-transferable right of use is granted for the agreed term and purposes.
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security measures, provider outages and force majeure may temporarily limit the service.
Early-access functions may change following technical, legal and pilot findings. Material changes are announced reasonably where possible.
Club Control supports operational decisions but does not replace human control or accounting, legal or medical advice. The club remains responsible for inputs, configuration, approvals and lawful communications.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable, directly proven loss and at most the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding twelve months. Limits do not apply where Belgian law prohibits them.
On termination, access, export and deletion follow the specific agreement and applicable retention duties.
Belgian law applies. Subject to mandatory law, disputes fall under the competent courts of the judicial district of East Flanders.
